How do I register for #AUA20 media credentials?

Members of the press wishing attend the AUA Annual Meeting must obtain media credentials from the AUA, and must register using our Press Registration Form.

To see if you qualify for press registration, please review our Journalist Guidelines. Please note that dual registration is prohibited. Physicians covering #AUA20 for a media outlet must register as either a regular attendee or as media (not both). Paid registration is required to obtain CME credit or other documentation. No certificates of attendance or CME credit will be provided to media registrants.

How do I submit required documentation to finalize my registration?

To begin the registration process, please complete the press registration form. A member of the AUA Communications Department will process your registration and contact you about any additional documentation needed.

When will the #AUA20 Press Program Schedule be available?

The AUA Press Program Schedule will be shared with registered media in late April 2020.

How do I gain access to embargoed meeting materials?

All registered members of the media will be provided with access to a Sharefile containing all press program materials, including embargoed press releases, schedules and speaker information.

I would like to cover the AUA Annual Meeting, but am unable to attend the meeting in person. Can I still access embargoed media information?
